I would be inclined to freeze the rolos for a good few hours beforehand or even overnight and then pop them in the middle of your cupcakes before going in the oven - that way they won't disappear altogether! Let me know how they turn out! Lucky class! :)Cupcake Crazy Gemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06135252038716671211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-16709423227021307002016-03-20T14:58:05.995+00:002016-03-20T14:58:05.995+00:00This recipe look amazing! Instead of filling the cupcakes with caramel after (as I know I'll make a huge mess) would it work if I put rolos or something in the middle before they bake? This looks great thank you!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07130020225827816540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-23476166521771188732012-11-09T01:40:29.937+00:002012-11-09T01:40:29.937+00:00Brilliant cupcakes especially with the oozing cara...Brilliant cupcakes especially with the oozing caramel centre!Baking Addicthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12225663843015884639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-79027776370862153982012-11-05T02:40:02.526+00:002012-11-05T02:40:02.526+00:00Haha they were my childhood fave too Kim! The colored cases are a fave of mine because they don't fade their color even when baked!Cupcake Crazy Gemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10609126344568341428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-50596049683844777982012-11-05T02:38:29.234+00:002012-11-05T02:38:29.234+00:00Thanks Annette! Thanks Annette!Cupcake Crazy Gemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10609126344568341428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-14585517061005525402012-11-05T02:38:05.664+00:002012-11-05T02:38:05.664+00:00Not a silly question at all! You can literally squidge the butter into cups but then you can't use the half cup measure for dry ingredients like flour or sugar so I know by now that half a cup is 113g so I just usually weigh out my butter. Stick weights are because in North America you buy a 'carton' of butter...inside that carton are four individually wrapped up 'sticks' of butter. Each stick is Half a cups worth or 113g so if you see a recipe call for 1 stick of butter it will be 113g, if it calls for 2 sticks that's 225g etc.. Hope that helps a little!Cupcake Crazy Gemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10609126344568341428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5632876888784738698.post-89885975530374418032012-10-28T14:44:30.611+00:002012-10-28T14:44:30.611+00:00Mmmmm Curly Wurlys were my favourite childhood tre...Mmmmm Curly Wurlys were my favourite childhood treat! I find them really difficult to eat nowadays and always end up covered in chocolate bits! Tooth achingly sweet is fine by me :)

This may seem like a stupid question, but how do you measure butter in cup sizes? Do you literally jam butter into it? Butter weight in sticks confuse me too!Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07922950133889230965noreply@blogger.com
